Lane closures on WB I-70 at U.S. 40 and Sterling Rd in Jackson County for pavement work, Nov. 19-20

JACKSON COUNTY - The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting overnight lane closures on westbound I-70 at U.S. 40 and Sterling Rd for pavement work beginning on Wed., Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. until Thurs., Nov. 20 at 6 a.m. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
