TRAFFIC ALERT: Route 64/Niangua River Bridge Inspection Near Bennett Spring State Park Postponed

When: 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Tuesday, May 19

Where: Missouri Route 64 over the Niangua River near Bennett Spring State Park west of Lebanon in Dallas County

What: Due to potential for thunderstorms, the inspection of the Route 64/Niangua River bridge scheduled for Tuesday, May 5 has been postponed until Tuesday, May 19

Traffic Impacts:

• Both lanes of Route 64 CLOSED over the Niangua River
• Drivers will have access to driveways and entrances at either end of the bridge but will not be able to drive across the bridge
• Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
• No signed detours, drivers urged to find alternate routes
• Check MoDOT's Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
