Call for applications for “HEMERA A” and other available housing

The Housing Department would like to inform Monegasque nationals interested in renting a state-owned apartment that online applications may be submitted from Monday 15 September 2025.

The online service can be accessed via the URL https://teleservice.gouv.mc/logement-domanial-monaco or via MonGuichet.mc. Those who do not have a digital device will be able to submit their applications using a form which can be obtained from the Housing Department reception, at 5 Promenade Honoré II - Entrance B, Monaco (open Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 5 pm), by telephoning the Department's Secretarial Office on 98.98.80.08 or 98.98.40.80, or by visiting the Maison du Numérique at the Jardins d'Apolline, where a digital advisor will be on hand to help you use the online service.

Whether submitted online or using the form, applications must, without fail, be returned fully completed by the closing date, i.e. no later than 5 pm on Friday 10 October 2025. Applications posted by this date but not received will not be considered valid. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered, in accordance with the ministerial decree in effect, which is available in the Housing section of the Prince's Government Public Service website, http://monservicepublic.gouv.mc .
