Blue Key Honor Society at Southeastern inducts new members

Blue Key National Honor Society at Southeastern Oklahoma State University is celebrating its 93rd year of excellence, recently initiating its 1,052nd member during the Spring induction ceremony.

Established on campus in October 1932, Blue Key has a long-standing tradition of recognizing student leaders who exemplify scholarship, leadership, and service. The chapter at Southeastern is one of the oldest active chapters in the nation.

Today, its members continue to represent Southeastern through a variety of campus traditions and leadership roles, including serving as football concierges for the President's Suite, supporting Homecoming and Commencement, and engaging in meaningful community service projects.

New members inducted at the ceremony and their order of induction are:

  • Kyler Drake [1,049] from Davis
  • Coleman Meshaya [1,050] from Perryville, Ark.
  • Parker Robinson [1,051] from Ardmore
  • Kolton Sain [1,052] from Idabel

Blue Key Honor Society, founded November 27, 1924, is a premier honor society that recognizes college students at senior institutions of higher education for balanced and all-around excellence in scholarship, leadership, and service. Blue Key Honor Society bases its eligibility for membership on all-around leadership and integrity in student life, high scholastic achievement, and service to others.
