Food Truck Flex

Food lovers and families alike are invited to attend Food Truck Flex on Saturday, April 4, 2026, a lively community event featuring over 20 food trucks and mobile food vendors. The event will take place from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Coleman Memorial Park.

Cool Beans Brew, a mobile coffee trailer, organized the event to bring a wide variety of local food trucks and trailers, giving attendees the opportunity to explore the growing mobile food scene in the region all in one place. Guests will be able to sample a diverse range of foods while discovering vendors they may want to book for weddings, corporate events, employee appreciation days, parties, and other special occasions.

Cool Beans Brew designed the day to be a fun experience for the whole family. In addition to great food, the event will feature kids' activities, a fire truck candy drop, and other family-friendly entertainment throughout the afternoon.

Proceeds from the event will benefit Making a Difference of Lebanon, PA and Friends of Coleman Memorial Park, nonprofit organizations dedicated to supporting community initiatives and local programs in Lebanon County.

Community members are encouraged to bring their friends, family, and appetites for an afternoon of great food, fun activities, and community connection.
