Kirkland Counsels Thoma Bravo’s SMA Technologies on Acquiring Encapture

Kirkland & Ellis represented Thoma Bravo and its portfolio company SMA Technologies, a provider of automation solutions for the financial services industry, in the acquisition of Encapture, an intelligent document processing platform for banks, credit unions and fintech lenders. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
