Baker McKenzie Advises Carbogen Amcis on its Successful Refinancing and Enhancement of its Credit Facilities
Baker McKenzie advised CARBOGEN AMCIS AG ("Carbogen Amcis") on its successful refinancing and enhancement of its credit facilities through a banking syndicate led by UBS Switzerland AG with the participation of several leading Swiss financial institutions.
Baker McKenzie advised Carbogen Amcis on all legal aspects of this financing.
