Improving the training of guardians
FRA took part in an International Organisation for Migration webinar on the training of guardians on 13 January. FRA presented its Manual for Guardians' Trainers and related e learning modules available on its e-learning platform.
During the webinar, participants showcased how FRA training materials have supported IOM's project to adapt guardian training tools in Poland, Portugal, and Slovenia. Representatives from these three countries also shared the training resources they developed on the basis of FRA's material, illustrating how the guidance has been tailored to national contexts.
