Amendment to Executive Order on temporary procedure for meeting obligations to certain foreign creditors

The amendments establish, in particular, that the procedure for fulfilling obligations set out in Executive Order No. 95 of March 5, 2022, insofar as it concerns the fulfilment of obligations relating to bank deposits, shall not apply to bank deposits made by individuals who are foreign creditors; and bank deposits made by branches, representative offices and other separate or independent structural subdivisions of organisations that are foreign creditors, provided that these entities' place of registration is the Russian Federation.
