Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers Appoints Kristin Daur President of Ryan Specialty Renewables

JULY 27, 2026 | CHICAGO, IL - Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers ("RSUM"), the underwriting management division of Ryan Specialty (NYSE: RYAN), is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristin Daur as President of Ryan Specialty Renewables - Head of North America, effective immediately. Ryan Specialty Renewables is RSUM's managing general underwriter focused on the global delivery of renewable and energy transition solutions.

In her new role, Kristin will lead the North American operations of Ryan Specialty Renewables, the recently unified global platform that brings together PERse North America, PERse International, and Albus under a single vision and leadership structure. She will be responsible for the strategic direction, underwriting performance, operational execution, and continued growth of the North American business, while working closely with leadership across Ryan Specialty Renewables to advance the platform's global strategy, deepen collaboration between the North American and International operations, enhance service capabilities, and drive innovation for brokers and capital trading partners.
