Menifee Street Project and Construction Updates - Week of January 12, 2026
The City of Menifee has street project and construction updates to share with the community:
Encanto Road near Rouse Road - Legado Development Project
Lennar has completed work on Encanto Road. All lanes are now reopened.
Rouse Road and Antelope Road - Underwood Development Project
KB Homes is continuing road repairs in the adjacent neighborhoods near Rouse and Antelope Roads. Work is expected to continue through the end of January. Motorists should anticipate traffic delays during construction.
Rouse Road near Menifee Road - Heritage Village Development Project
Lennar Homes continues working on street improvements on Rouse and Menifee Roads. Motorists should expect intermittent traffic delays during construction through the end of March.
Menifee Road from Case Road to Highway 74 - Underground Utility Project
Menifee Valley by Brookfield will be installing underground utilities on Menifee Road from Case Road to Highway 74. Traffic control and subsequent delays will remain in place while work is being conducted. This work is expected to continue through June.
