Christopher "Chris" Otto has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president within the Wealth Management Division of Bank of Hawai'i. He serves as managing director of Bankoh Advisors, where he oversees the strategic direction, operational governance, and overall performance of the wealth management program. Otto also continues in his role as chairman of Pacific Century Life Insurance Company.
Otto joined Bank of Hawai'i in 2000 as a management trainee and began his wealth management career at Bankoh Investment Services Inc. (BISI) in 2002. Over the past 25 years, he has advanced through numerous leadership positions across the organization, gaining broad experience and helping strengthen the wealth management program's capabilities. In 2025, he led the successful conversion of BISI to Bankoh Advisors in partnership with Cetera Investment Services, introducing enhanced technology, streamlined platforms, and expanded product offerings for clients.
Otto holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Hawai'i. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®), and maintains multiple securities registrations in addition to his state of Hawai'i insurance license. A committed community leader, Otto is the immediate past president of the Hawai'i Children's Cancer Foundation and currently serves as president of the Securities Industry Association of Hawai'i.
Chang Park has been promoted to executive vice president and executive director financial performance & investor relations at Bank of Hawai'i from senior vice president and investment relations director. He will continue to oversee Investor Relations in addition to his leadership role in the Financial Planning & Analysis Dept. that he took on in 2025. In these combined areas he has an important role in monitoring financial performance and shaping long-term strategies while overseeing investor engagement.
Park first joined the bank as vice president and investor relations manager in 2023, where he successfully managed the investor relations team and strengthened communication with analysts and investors. Prior to joining Bank of Hawai'i, Park served as managing director of Corsica Strategy, Inc., as well as senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions with Think Research Corporation. With more than 23 years of experience of increasing responsibility, Park's extensive background and collaborative approach are making a difference across the bank's business lines.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
David "Dave" T. Stinson has been promoted to senior vice president and director from vice president and director of trust real estate and closely held business in the Trust Real Estate department of Bank of Hawai'i. In his expanded role, he oversees complex fiduciary real estate holdings, closely held business interests, and business valuations that are critical to clients and to the bank's risk management and long-term asset stewardship.
Stinson has over 15 years' experience in finance and valuation and first joined the bank in 2019 as a business interests and valuation unit senior manager. Prior to joining the bank, he served as director of real estate and unique assets at First Republic Trust Company in San Francisco, Calif., overseeing fiduciary asset management services for a large portfolio of different asset classes. He began his career in the Business Advisory Services group of Wells Fargo Bank, providing trust and fiduciary management of business interests, and performing business valuations of equity interests in small companies for estate tax, gifting, and other purposes.
Stinson earned his MBA from St. Mary's College of California and a BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Oregon. He is a Certified Business Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser by the American Society of Appraisers national organization for business valuation professionals.
