During a recent upgrade to our computer software, our computer system was out of service, which caused a delay in reading meters and generating bills. We are currently running approximately 2 weeks behind on billing. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work diligently to catch up.
Late fees will be assessed 21 days after the bill date and disconnection for nonpayment will be on the 26th day after the bill date.
