Project Description
Conditional Use Permit for a warehouse indoor retail sales facility for passenger electric vehicles (EV) within the existing 107,719 sf building. The public portion of the warehouse would include the display showroom, a customer waiting area, restrooms, and offices. The private portion of the warehouse would include indoor EV inventory, vehicle parts storage, and the repair and cleaning center. The exterior parking area would be used for employee and customer parking, EV storage and charging, and a vehicle pickup area, where the customers would receive cars purchased online.
LocationThe 13.68-acre project site is located at 2256 Junction Avenue, on the southern corner of the intersection of Junction Avenue and Dado Street, in the City of San José.

This Addendum has been prepared as part of the supplemental environmental review process needed to evaluate the proposed project. In accordance with CEQA, this Addendum will be attached to the 2256 Junction Avenue Project Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration, and available at the following link:
