Public Notice Review of Request to Amend WDEQ Industrial Siting Permit for the Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 Project; DEQ/ISC 24-03ice Title

Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on March 17, 2025, from US SFR Owner, LLC regarding the Kemmerer Power Station Unit 1 Project in Lincoln County. The Permittee is requesting a change to the expected schedule to commence construction of the captioned project.

Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator is providing public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 24-03. It is the Director's intention to authorize the change on or before, April 23, 2025. The public may review a copy of the amendment request and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
