Burson publishes UK Gender Pay Gap Report for 2025

London - March 19, 2026 - Burson today publishes its UK Gender Pay Gap Report for 2025.

This is our first year reporting as Burson Group Ltd, following the 2024 merger of BCW and Hill & Knowlton which was completed in 2025, and we recognise the need to achieve greater gender balance and progress for women at all levels in our business.

The data in this report represents a consolidated view across all our UK entities, (Burson Group Limited, Burson Buchanan Limited, GCI Health, and Axicom Limited). Our total UK network figures also include people based in the UK in our Regional and Global Teams.

This latest report represents the first time we have published a comprehensive Gender Pay Gap analysis for the whole of the Burson Group. In the UK. As such, we cannot compare our gender pay gap data to previous years due to the new structure and legal entity change. (Please note, as we are required to publish figures for any legal entity with over 250 employees, we have included figures for Burson Group Limited in the appendix for reference).

This report provides the gender pay gap analysis at the snapshot date of 5 April 2025 and examines the reasons behind the gap and our plans to close it.

Within the newly formed Burson Group, we can build a truly representative and vibrant workplace for our employees today and tomorrow. This report is a critical step on the road to achieving this.
