George Patt Scholarship Offers Veterans a Jump Start

The George L. Patt Scholarship was created to make it possible for Illinois residents (and spouses) who are United States veterans or those currently serving to pursue:

1) pre-license real estate coursework at any approved real estate school in the state of Illinois

2) an undergraduate college or university education in the field of real estate

3) education in real estate administration to establish themselves as an association executive in a REALTOR organization.

Eligibility: Illinois residents (and spouses) who are United States veterans or those currently serving to pursue courses of study that will prepare them for careers relating to real estate or enhance the skills and knowledge that they currently use as real estate professionals, a college degree in the field of real estate, or education in real estate administration.

Amount: $1,000 / Application Deadline: Ongoing
