CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES
La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2025-00084208 de 15 de diciembre de 2025, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía LA FABRIL S.A. cuya oferta pública de la NOVENA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO que fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2020-00002799 del 23 de marzo de 2020 por el monto de hasta USD $25'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
