ARLINGTON, Texas - Texas Health Resources ranked No. 35 among large organizations that foster a strong work culture in North Texas, according to The Dallas Morning News' 2025 Top Workplaces D-FW. The organization ranked second among hospital systems.

This is the 13th year Texas Health has been included in the annual rankings by The Dallas Morning News, which chooses the honorees in collaboration with the Medium Giant marketing agency.

"We're honored to be recognized for creating a workplace where our people thrive while caring for others," said Barclay Berdan, FACHE, CEO. "This achievement is a testament to the dedication of our team members, the physicians on our medical staffs and our volunteers, all working together to build healthier communities."

The winners were announced at a Top Workplaces event and featured in a magazine produced by The Dallas Morning News.

The 2025 Top Workplaces D-FW list includes separate rankings for large, midsize and small companies. Organizations were evaluated based on employee surveys. Survey questions covered a variety of topics, including employment benefits, ethics, family friendliness, work-life balance, fulfillment and meaningfulness.
