2025 Department of Community Development CAPER

The City of Cleveland Department of Community Development is preparing its Program Year 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), including its report on affordable housing activities, for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

The CAPER describes how the City used federal funds and its progress toward meeting housing and community development goals during the period of June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026.

The draft Program Year 2025 CAPER is available for public review at the locations listed below. Updated versions reflecting additional Program Year 2025 CAPER results will be made available on Friday, August 7, 2026, and Friday, August 14, 2026.
