Columbia Police arrest suspect for conspiracy to commit murder of police officer
(COLUMBIA, MO)-
On Oct. 23, Columbia Police arrested Nikolaus Logan Harvey, 26, of Columbia on the charge of conspiracy to commit murder.
Investigators determined that Harvey had planned to have a Columbia Police officer killed. Harvey is currently in custody at the Phelps County Jail.
