CDM Smith donated $50,000 to two charities as part of the firm's Employee Wellness Program and commitment to giving back. A $25,000 donation was made to both Blue Ridge Humane Society and National Math and Science Initiative, made possible by employee participation in physical and mental well-being activities.

CDM Smith's Wellness Program rewards employees and their dependents for healthy behaviors and accomplishments with the goal of a more vibrant, engaged and resilient workforce. Participants earn wellness points that the firm converts into dollars to donate to charities chosen by CDM Smith's Executive Leadership Team and by employee vote. Since the Wellness Program began in 2017, employee participation has resulted in more than $1.7 million in donations.
