At approximately 10:30 am this morning, Santa Barbara Police Officers conducted a high-risk traffic stop near the intersection of East Anapamu Street and Alta Vista Road. This traffic stop was related to a stolen vehicle investigation. A safe apprehension was quickly conducted. The SBPD communicated with the Santa Barbara High School due to the proximity of the traffic stop, however this arrest and investigation are unrelated to the Santa Barbara High school or campus.
