Chinese Embassy in Jamaica Successfully Holds Inaugural Chinese Food Festival
On June 20, 2026, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Jamaica, together with the Confucius Institute at the Mona Campus of the University of the West Indies, successfully co-hosted the inaugural Chinese Food Festival at the Chinese Benevolent Association of Jamaica.
His Excellency Wang Jinfeng, Chinese Ambassador to Jamaica, and Ambassador Sheila Monteith, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Jamaica, jointly cut the ribbon to launch the event. Hundreds of guests from all walks of life were present.
