Dentons advises the Joint Lead Managers, led by Banco Santander, S.A., on a bond issue by Banque Stellantis France under its EMTN programme

Paris-Dentons has advised the Joint Lead Managers, led by Banco Santander, S.A., in connection with a €500 million bond issuance due 2029 by Banque Stellantis France, under its EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) programme.

The transaction underscores Dentons' ability to assist financial institutions with market transactions that combine stringent documentation requirements, tight execution timelines and international standards.

The Dentons team was led by Paris-based partner Soline Louvigny with support from associate Alicia Ghislain and the Tax team comprising Fabrice Korenbeusser, Partner, and David Levy, Counsel.

This first closing-completed less than one month after Soline Louvigny joined the Paris office- represents an important milestone in the development of the Capital Markets practice in France and in supporting banking clients in their financing and access to the markets.
