REVISED: Ramp and truck stop closures on I-35 in Clay County, May 7 - May 10

CLAY COUNTY -The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting ramp closures for pavement repair work on I-35. All work is weather permitting.


See below for traffic modifications:

  • REVISED: Crews will close the northbound direction truck stop (ramp) between Lightburne St and 19th St on approximately Wednesday, May 7 at 2 a.m. (revised from 8 a.m.) until Saturday, May 10 at 11 a.m.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
