Dentons advises founders of CreaSoft on strategic transaction supporting pan-European fintech infrastructure project

Global law firm Dentons has advised the founders of CreaSoft, a technology provider in the insurance and financial services sector, in connection with a strategic transaction involving the negotiation of a shareholders' agreement among the shareholders of the newly created group and related documentation. The transaction was facilitated by M&A advisory firm Bonuvis.

CreaSoft operates at the intersection of technology, insurance, and financial services, enabling integration and digital distribution solutions across the sector. The transaction forms part of a broader strategic initiative aimed at building a pan-European technological infrastructure to facilitate the sharing and utilization of financial data among banks, fintechs, and insurance companies.

As a result of the transaction, CreaSoft became part of the NUDA (Nextgen Universal Data Applications) platform, which seeks to create a unified data infrastructure layer to streamline the development and distribution of financial products across Europe, reduce fragmentation, and accelerate market entry.
