Celebrating Excellence at the 2026 MADACS Awards

The 2026 Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) MADACS Awards brought together more than 1,000 multifamily housing professionals from across the state on Friday, September 18, to celebrate excellence across the industry. The annual event recognizes outstanding achievements in areas such as property management, leasing, maintenance, marketing, development, design, and resident engagement. Representatives from across the organization came together to cheer for our Roers Companies nominees.

Roers Companies was honored to have nine finalists recognized across multiple categories this year, reflecting the talent, dedication, and expertise of team members throughout our organization. We are thrilled to announce the following award winners:
