Duke Street Land Use Plan Project Update

On June 9, the City launched an 18-month planning process for the Duke Street Corridor from Alexandria Union Station to Van Dorn Street at the future Landmark/West End development. The planning process will engage the community to update the comprehensive land use plan for the area's long-term future and explore topics such as housing affordability, land use, mobility, pedestrian and cyclist safety and accessibility, and connecting existing and future open spaces, among others.
