Permanent Representative of Belarus in Geneva L.Belskaya meets special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Disaster Risk Reduction
23 January 2026On January 23, 2026 the Permanent Representative of Belarus to the UN Office in Geneva, Larysa Belskaya, met with the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Disaster Risk Reduction, Kamal Kishore.
The Special Representative was invited to visit Belarus and take part in events on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster.
The interlocutors discussed a number of issues of bilateral cooperation and outlined plans for further interaction.
