The City of Alexandria's Office of Housing is hosting to a virtual meeting on Saturday, November 15 9:30-11:30 a.m. to obtain feedback on draft recommendations specific to the Strengthening Alexandria's Condominium Communities Housing 2040 project. This meeting is intended for condominium owners, but all residents of Alexandria are welcome to attend.

Background: The 2013 Housing Master Plan (HMP) established principles, goals, and strategies to address Alexandria's housing needs through 2025. In collaboration with the community and local partners, the City is undertaking an update to the HMP through 2040. Presentations and recordings of the Housing 2040 meetings, including the March Community Meeting, September Community Meeting, and Housing 2040 Projects, are available at alexandriava.gov/HousingPlan. Starting with the Housing Needs Assessment, the Housing 2040 process will establish new housing affordability goals and examine housing policies, programs, and tools to support all Alexandria residents and workers. The current Housing Master Planends in 2025.
