Staff and faculty can now register for the One Campus Summit

Departments with the Finance and Operations division are excited to host the One Campus Summit 2026, a free, in-person, three-day learning and collaboration conference for all staff and faculty. The summit will take place 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Jan. 27-29, 2026, in the Student Union Building's Jordan ballroom.

Designed to strengthen campuswide partnerships and knowledge sharing, the summit features keynote speakers, hands-on workshops and breakout sessions hosted by Campus Operations, Compliance, Human Resources, the Office of Information Technology, the Department of Public Safety, University Financial Services, and University Policy.

Topics will span AI basics, campus safety, the campus master plan, HR processes and programs, travel and reimbursement procedures, compliance and policy, professional development and more - offering something for every role and department.

Summit registration is required for all attendees, even for employees attending only one session. Several workshops have limited seating, and advance registration ensures each attendee has a seat and helps the planning team with room assignments.

Pro tip: Have the agenda with descriptions open on a separate screen during registration.

Dining options

This conference is being provided for free to attendees. Lunch will not be provided, but water, coffee and light grab and go snacks will be available. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lunch, or enjoy a lunch at one of the many dining locations in the Student Union. Conference rooms will remain open for eating and networking during the lunch hour.

Parking

For employees who does not work near the Student Union, use the Bronco Shuttle.

For attendees who do not have a campus parking permit, use the offstreet link to reserve parking in the Lincoln Garage. There are options to sign up for parking for individual days or all three days of the summit.
