Prospect Partners Promotes Ryan Chapman and Welcomes Robert Janei and Lindsey Sabutis to the Team

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, September 1, 2026 - Prospect Partners ("Prospect"), a Chicago-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Chapman to Senior Associate and the hiring of two new team members: Robert Janei, Associate, and Lindsey Sabutis, Relationship Manager. Together, this well-earned promotion and these additions reflect the continued growth of the firm.

Ryan Chapman joined Prospect Partners in 2023 as an Associate and has played a critical role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions across niche manufacturing, value-add distribution, specialty services, and other high-growth segments. Since joining the firm, he has been instrumental in leading due diligence, deal structuring, ongoing portfolio company engagement, and sector thesis development. Ryan has directly contributed to multiple noteworthy engagements, including the initial platform investment in Extera Building Solutions, add-on acquisitions at Entech, Extera, and ProClip, and ongoing coverage of Wedgewood Weddings. Prior to Prospect Partners, he began his career in investment banking at Livingstone Partners, where he developed foundational transaction experience.

Robert Janei joins Prospect Partners as an Associate and will source and execute transactions and manage select portfolio company relationships. Previously, Robert was an Investment Banking Analyst within Piper Sandler's Healthcare Services Group in Chicago. Robert holds a B.A. from Northwestern University.

Lindsey Sabutis joins Prospect Partners as a Relationship Manager on the business development team. She will spend her time building strategic relationships, identifying investment opportunities, and driving business development initiatives. Previously, Lindsey was a founding Business Development Representative at Egen, based in Chicago, IL. Lindsey holds a B.S. in Integrated Marketing & Communications with a minor in Business from the University of Mississippi.
