Dentons HPRP signs collaboration agreement with PT Banten West Java Tourism Development

Dentons HPRP is pleased to announce the signing of a Collaboration Agreement with PT Banten West Java Tourism Development, the developer and operator of the Tanjung Lesung Special Economic Zone (KEK) and a key member of the Jababeka Group.

Through this collaboration, Dentons HPRP and Tanjung Lesung will jointly promote Indonesia's non-industrial Special Economic Zones to global investors, with initial outreach focusing on Singapore, leveraging Dentons' extensive international network. Dentons HPRP's team-led by Partners Al Hakim Hanafiah and Trijoyo Ariwibowo, and assisted by Associate Hilwa Az Zahra Adwani and Counsel James Boyd-has also been appointed as a preferred legal services partner, providing legal support on investment, regulatory structuring, land and real estate transactions, and cross-border matters.

This partnership reflects Dentons HPRP's continued commitment to facilitating global investment into Indonesia's high-potential growth regions, including tourism-focused Special Economic Zones such as Tanjung Lesung, a world-class coastal destination located less than two hours from Jakarta.
