Amendments to the law on education concerning the rights of foreign citizens to higher education

In particular, the Federal Law grants foreign citizens the right to be admitted to Bachelor's and Specialist's programmes based on the results of entrance examinations conducted by higher education providers and research organisations from the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, if such foreign citizens cannot provide their National Final School Exam (EGE) scores.
