DALLAS - Congratulations to Deon H., a fourth-grade student from J.P. Starks Math, Science and Technology Vanguard for winning first place in the 33rd Annual MLK Jr. Oratory Competition. This year's finalists delivered inspiring speeches addressing the question, "what would Dr. King tell us about our responsibility as citizens and leaders in America today?"

Inclement weather update
