Illinois Power Agency Seeks Stakeholder Feedback on MISO’s Expedited Resource Addition Study

In July 2025, MISO's Expedited Resource Additions Study (ERAS) was approved by FERC with the goal of addressing near term resource adequacy and reliability needs. The Illinois Power Agency (IPA), in coordination with the Illinois Commerce Commission, are seeking stakeholder feedback on barriers that may limit participation in ERAS to explore potential changes which could facilitate greater participation in the initiative.
