The Marshall E. Rinker, Sr. College of Business at Palm Beach Atlantic University is proud to announce the 2025-2026 inductees into Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS), the international honor society serving business programs accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), which the college achieved in May 2023.

This year's induction marks a period of unprecedented growth and excellence for the Rinker College of Business chapter. Under the leadership of Matthew Mazza, who is serving his second consecutive year as chapter president, the organization has seen its membership double in size. Mazza's tenure has been defined by a commitment to external engagement, helping the chapter achieve its highest honors through strategic community partnerships, most notably with Junior Achievement.

This year's induction marks a significant milestone for the Rinker College of Business, as these students represent the top tier of academic excellence, leadership, and integrity within the college.

Academic Excellence

Eligibility is strictly limited to the top 10% of the business college's student body, representing the pinnacle of academic achievement.

Beyond the classroom, BGS members are encouraged to develop as global leaders. During the academic year, members Frida Alsterhem and Haley Arruda represented the Rinker College at the Beta Gamma Sigma Global Leadership Summit in Dallas, Texas, bringing back valuable insights on ethical leadership and professional development to the local chapter.

BGS Honor Roll Scholarship Awarded

In addition to the general inductions, the Rinker College of Business is thrilled to announce that Selena Yuan, class of 2027, has been named the recipient of the BGS Honor Roll Scholarship. A standout student in the business data analytics 3+2 program, Yuan will receive $1,000 toward her tuition.

The scholarship is awarded to a student who best exemplifies the three pillars of BGS: honor, wisdom, and earnestness. Throughout her time at Rinker, Yuan has consistently demonstrated exceptional character, academic rigor, and a profound commitment to service.
