A George Washington University tradition running more than 20 years, the Multicultural Student Services Center (MSSC) Block Party was hosted in the University Student Center on Sept. 19. The Block Party invited students, faculty and staff to join together in celebration of community, culture and connection.

MSSC partnered with the Division for Student Affairs to bring a wide variety of multicultural and ally student organizations to table during the event. Both new and returning students had opportunities to learn about organizations they can participate in, explore the MSSC and build a sense of belonging with their peers.

Centered around welcoming the newest Revolutionaries, the celebration helps all community members find their "home away from home" at GW.
