Langan Named Best Place to Work by Crain’s NY & NJBIZ
Crain's New York and NJBIZ both named Langan one of the Best Places to Work in 2023.
Langan came in at #58 in the Crain's list of New York's 100 Best Places to Work, up one spot from the previous year. Crain's partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm, to identify the top employers in New York City. The results are based on employee surveys, as well as audits of company benefits, human resources, policies, and perks.
NJBIZ also worked with Best Companies Group to confidentially collect data from employees about their firms to compile its list of New Jersey's Best Places to Work. The results are separated into three categories by company size: small (15-49 employees), medium (50-249 employees), and large (more than 250 employees). Langan ranked at #6 in the large companies group, jumping up 10 spots from 2022.
Both organizations revealed the rankings during separate awards events on Thursday, September 28.
