State Route 4 - Ramp & Lane Closures
Overnight Ramp Closures On Crosstown Freeway In Stockton

San Joaquin County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4)/Crosstown Freeway for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, one-way traffic control from Army Court to Roberts Island Road for utility work beginning Monday, September 29, through Tuesday, September 30, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
• Overnight, intermittent full off-ramp closures from westbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway at Navy Drive for striping operations beginning Sunday, September 28, through Friday, October 3, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
• Overnight, intermittent full off-ramp closures from westbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway at Stanislaus Street for striping operations beginning Sunday, September 28, through Friday, October 3, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
• Overnight, intermittent full off-ramp closures from eastbound SR-4/Crosstown Freeway at Wilson Way for striping operations beginning Sunday, September 28, through Friday, October 3, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
• One-way traffic control on SR-4/Farmington Road at Walker Lane for utility work beginning Tuesday. September 30, through Wednesday, October 1, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Interstate 5 - Lane & Ramp Closures
Closures From Route 132 To Sacramento County Line

San Joaquin County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full connector ramp closures from southbound I-5 to SR-132 for bridge work beginning Sunday, September 28, through Friday, October 3, from 7:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
• Overnight, intermittent full off-ramp closures from northbound and southbound I-5 at March Lane and from southbound I-5 at Alpine Avenue for striping operations beginning Sunday, September 28, through Friday, October 3, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
• Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Sunday, September 28, through Saturday, October 4, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
• Overnight, alternating full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane, Eight Mile Road, SR-12 (Flag City), Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Walnut Grove/Thornton Road for construction beginning Sunday, September 28, through Saturday, October 4, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).

The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. State Route 99 - Full Highway Closures
Overnight Highway Closures At Austin Road In Manteca

San Joaquin County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 99 (SR-99) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full closures of northbound SR-99 at Austin Road for bridge work beginning Tuesday, September 30, through Friday, October 3, from 10:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
• Overnight, full closures of southbound SR-99 at Austin Road for bridge work beginning Monday, September 29, through Friday, October 3, from 11:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
• Full on-ramp closure from SR-12/Kettleman Lane to southbound SR-99 for tree work on Monday, September 29, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
• Long-term full closure of the Calaveras River/Frontage Road Overcrossing of SR-99 due to bridge repair work. Estimated completion date is November 2025. Please seek alternate route.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
