当法人に対する株主代表訴訟の最高裁判所決定について

オリンパス株式会社における過去の損失計上の先送り等に関連し、同社の個人株主から当法人に対して提起されていた株主代表訴訟について、最高裁判所は、2026年10月7日付で、個人株主による上告を棄却するとともに、本件を上告審として受理しない旨の決定をしました。
これにより、当法人に対する請求をすべて棄却した2025年9月17日付の東京高等裁判所判決が確定し、本件訴訟は当法人の全面勝訴により終結しましたので、お知らせします。
