November 2026 Election Information
For the purpose of election litigation, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas has established an emergency after-hours phone number (913-735-2395). This number will be available after 4 PM on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Complaints should be filed electronically using CM/ECF. If a motion for Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) is filed, the parties should complete the Information Sheet for Temporary Restraining Order and attach it to the motion in CM/ECF. For parties who do not have access to CM/ECF, please submit your complaint by e-mail to [email protected] or by fax 913-735-2249.
