Svoboda Capital Partners LLC Announces Three Promotions

Svoboda Capital Partners ("SC") is pleased to announce the promotions of three of its investment professionals: Ryan Kantor, Will King and Caroline Greenberg

Ryan Kantor: SC is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Kantor to Principal. Ryan joined the SC team as an Analyst in 2016, and was promoted to Senior Associate and then Vice President in 2018 and 2019, respectively. In addition to evaluating investment opportunities, leading due-diligence efforts and structuring and negotiating transactions, Ryan has become instrumental in helping manage SC portfolio company investments. Ryan serves as a Director of Clarion Healthcare and as a board observer for Bully Pulpit Interactive.

Will King: SC is pleased to announce the promotion of Will King to Vice- President. Will joined the SC team in April 2018 and plays a critical role in evaluating and executing new investment opportunities as well as ongoing portfolio management. "It has been a pleasure to watch Will progress in his time with the SC. Will is a valuable contributor to the firm and his relationships both with portfolio companies and our service providers are important to the success of SC," said SC Co-Founder John Svoboda. Prior to joining SC, Will spent two years as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of BMO Capital Markets in Chicago.

Caroline Greenberg: SC is pleased to announce the promotion of Caroline Greenberg to Senior Associate. Caroline joined the SC team in August 2019 and plays an important role in evaluating new investment opportunities and in supporting transaction execution and various SC's portfolio companies. "We are grateful for Caroline's valuable contributions to SC. She is a highly respected teammate whose insights and perspective have been a great addition to the firm and to our portfolio companies," said John Svoboda. Prior to joining SC, Caroline was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of BMO Capital Markets in Minneapolis for two years.
