The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Provider Preview Reports are now available for review in iQIES. Reports contain provider performance scores for quality measures that will be posted on Care Compare on the January 2025 refresh.
Assessment-based measures are based on data submitted from Quarter 2, 2023 through Quarter 1, 2024. Healthcare personnel vaccination measures based on data submitted through the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) system are based on data submitted Quarter 4, 2023 through Quarter 1, 2024 for the flu vaccination measure, and data submitted Quarter 1, 2024 for the COVID vaccination measure. Claims-based measures were updated with the October 2024 refresh and will continue to display.
Providers have until November 14 to review performance scores and request reconsideration if they believe the scores within the Provider Preview Reports are inaccurate.
