AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering Authority) - Evropski organ za preprečevanje pranja denarja in financiranja terorizma, je kot del priprav na novi regulatorni okvir EU AML/CFT (veljavnost od 10. 7. 2027), pričela s tremi javnimi posvetovanji o osnutkih Regulatornih tehničnih standardov (RTS) za poslovna razmerja in občasne transakcije, skrbni pregled strank (CDD) in Izvrševanje (ukrepov).

Posvetovanja so odprta za vse zainteresirane subjekte.
