LNC Partners Completes Strategic Minority Investment in E.A. Buck Financial Services

ARLINGTON, VA - October 22, 2026 - LNC Partners ("LNC"), a middle-market private equity firm based in Arlington, VA, is pleased to announce that it has completed a strategic minority investment in E.A. Buck Financial Services ("E.A. Buck" or the "Company") to support geographic expansion, advisor growth, acquisitions, and continued investment in the Company's people and technology.

Founded in Honolulu in 1980, E.A. Buck is a second-generation financial services firm led by CEO Katie Buck. The Company offers comprehensive wealth management, retirement planning, federal employee benefits, and accounting and tax services to individuals, families, and businesses across the United States.
