Foreign Minister received Copies of the Credentials of the Newly Appointed Ambassador of Malaysia

On July 22, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received copies of the credentials from Rafeda Binti Abdul Aziz, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the prospects for further expanding the multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and Malaysia were discussed. It was noted with satisfaction that, thanks to the active high-level dialogue in recent years, bilateral relations have reached a qualitatively new level.

Particular attention was given to expanding trade and economic ties, deepening investment cooperation, and advancing new joint projects across a wide range of sectors.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Foreign Minister wished the Ambassador every success in her diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan and reaffirmed the Ministry's readiness to provide every possible support in carrying out her important responsibilities.
