Delta Electronics Thailand Provides Humanitarian Assistance to Border Communities

Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. has provided humanitarian assistance to communities affected by recent developments in areas along the Thai-Cambodian border. The initiative was made possible through donations from the company and employees, reflecting a shared commitment to supporting those facing immediate challenges.

The assistance included essential daily necessities such as drinking water and food, as well as medicines and medical supplies. In total, 21 pallets and 216 boxes of relief supplies were donated. Beyond these contributions, Delta employees also volunteered their time to pack the supplies and deliver them to affected families, ensuring that timely support reached those in need.

Priority was given to vulnerable groups, including children and the elderly who are often most impacted when daily routines are disrupted. This initiative helped address immediate needs while providing reassurance and practical care during a difficult period.

The support comes at a time when communities along the 817km Thai-Cambodian border are experiencing heightened uncertainty, prompting precautionary measures and temporary relocations in some areas. These developments have disrupted daily life for residents, reinforcing the importance of timely assistance to help affected individuals and families meet basic needs.

Delta Electronics Thailand emphasized that the relief effort was driven by collective responsibility, with employees, partners, and local communities coming together to provide support. Delta Thailand reaffirmed its commitment to ongoing community support, with a focus on practical and meaningful assistance during times of need.
