The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) was honoured today to welcome the Turkish National Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), headed by Mr. Fatih Dönmez, Head of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation and PABSEC Vice-President.
During their meeting with President Dr. Serhat Köksal and senior BSTDB executives, the Turkish deputies commended the Bank for its continuous efforts to promote regional cooperation and economic development among its Member States, underlining the importance of BSTDB as a cornerstone institution of the wider Black Sea region.
Welcoming the delegation, Dr. Serhat Köksal, BSTDB President, expressed appreciation for Türkiye's strong and consistent support for the Bank: "We are greatly honoured by your visit today. Türkiye, as one of the Bank's founding members, has always played an important role in shaping BSTDB's mission and impact, and your presence here today reaffirms your enduring support and our shared vision for deeper cooperation and sustainable development in the region."
The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) is an international financial institution established by Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Türkiye, and Ukraine.
